Yesenia N. Carpio, MSW, LCSW

For over 7 years I have worked with clients in overcoming symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal distresses. I have had great success guiding clients as they uncover tools to improve their communication, increase their self esteem, and manage difficult life transitions.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Seeking Safety (SS), and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT). My therapeutic style is person-centered, direct, and genuine.
